So, I registered for a regional with fire and ice and it was cancelled due to not enough entries. The director of fire and ice called to see if I wanted to attend their nationals for the same cost as regionals since they cancelled last minute on us. I said yes. I then emailed her and asked if I needed to re fax my entries from the regionals and she told me no. SO, I emailed her a couple weeks ago to see if I would recieve a packet in the mail for nationals (it's our first time for nationals). She said yet, but I need your entries when did you send them! I emailed her back and told her what she had told me about not needing to re send them. I never heard back from her. I emailed her again this past week and asked if she had found my entires. NO ANSWER. Several emails and a few phone calls later and I still haven't heard from her. Is anyone else having problems with this company? What do I do now...Nationals are a little over a week away?

Doesn't surprise me. I attended then regionals once and it was a mess. Very unorganized and they staff was inappropriate. I will NEVER mess with that company again. I don't know how they stay in business.
