We are looking for Dancers between the ages of 12-18, The core F.L.A.V.A. Dance Team consists of eight (8) male and female teenage dancers, who attend various churches in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Additional F.L.A.V.A. Dancers are recruited on a periodic basis as our seasoned dancers’ transition into mentoring roles. F.L.A.V.A. implements a spiritually based performing arts Mentorship Platform. In order to become a F.L.AV.A. Mentor, you must have been an active member of the dance team for a period of at least three months, be a Christian who believes and demonstrates that Jesus is Lord of their life, possess leadership qualities, and be humble and teachable.

The F.L.A.V.A. Mentorship Platform lifecycle is cyclical as it continuously trains the dance team mentors, who in turn inspire the protégés to flourish. As the F.L.A.V.A. protégé becomes a mentor, opportunities open up for new protégés to enter the Mentorship Platform.
