NEW BBOY WORKSHOP DVD NOW AVAILABLE feat.BBOY FOCUS
Hey bboys and bgirls,
So finally after a lot of work we are now releasing Volume One of our new "BBOY WORKSHOP" dvd series..
A lot of time and knowledge has gone into making this dvd and all involved really feel that we have made the dopest instructional dvd to date. BBOY Focus has put a lot of love into the teaching on here and all the beats are played live on the dvd by the amazing drummer Ed Clery. Were all really proud of it.

The BBoy Workshop Vol 1 DVD is now available from
BBOYWORKSHOP.COM. The DVD features over 2 hours of genuine B-Boy instruction, teaching the fundamentals of B-Boying and, most importantly, the relationship of the moves to the beat. Instructed by the legendary B-Boy Focus and world renowned drummer Ed Clery, the classes bring you the foundations required to start you on your path to being a well rounded BBoy. The DVD features over 40 moves and variations through Top Rocks, Go Downs, Footworks, Freezes and Power. The classes aim to teach the importance of the relationship between the moves and the music so that new generations of bboys will learn its not the move, its the groove.
