Hello Kim,
I did advertise for a roommate too, but now I have one, and our room at the nearby Seralago Hotel is only costing us $22.50/night each. Of course, we will pay extra to rent a car, and park at the Dolphin. I'm sending you an email with more info you can try. Good luck!
