A couple from a recent lesson plan for my upper intermediate class.

BATTEMENTS TENDUS - WITH PASSÉ À TERRE AND TENDU IN DEMI-PLIÉ
2/4 (Moderato) Fifth position

1-2 Tendu devant, close 5th
3-4 Tendu a la second, close 5th back
5 Tendu derrière
6 Passe a terre back to front
7 Passe a terre front to back
8 Close 5th position back
1-8 Reverse
1-4 2 Tendus a la second, closing 5th
5 Tendu a la seconde
6 & Close 1st position
& Tendu a la second
7 Close to 1st position
& Tendu a la second
8 Close 5th back
1-6 Tendu in plié, back, side, front
7-8 Demi-detourné towards the barre
Repeat all immediately on the other side.


RONDS DE JAMBE À TERRE
3/4 (Adagio) 5th position
Introduction - demi-rond de jambe to 2nd position, stretch supporting leg, arm follows leg 5th front to 2nd.
1-12 4 Ronds de jambe en dehors
1-12 Demi-ronds de jambe en dehors and en dedans, stretch sup. leg and hold
1-12 Dégagé en l'air devant into grand rond de jambe en l'air en dehors at half height.
1-3 Brush through 1st position, dégagé en l'air devant
4-6 Enveloppé
7-9 Developpé derrière
10-12 Lower to tendu, demi rond de jambe to 2nd
Repeat all in reverse, without final demi-rdj, keeping the foot in tendu devant after the developpé
1-24 Forward bend and recover, with front foot in tendu devant
1-6 Brush through 1st to tendu derriére, arm to 5th en haut
7-12 Lower into small lunge with back foot planted flat on the floor
1-6 Lower arm through 5th en avant and extend to arabesque line with epaulement
7-9 Press off back foot to come back to tendu derrière, arm remains in arabesque
10-12 Close 5th back, arm through 2nd to 5th en bas
1-3 Demi-plié relevé 5th
4-12 Balance in sur le cou-de-pied devant
1-3 Retiré devant
4-9 Balance in retiré devant
10-12 Demi-plié in 5th position, stretch to finish, arms lower 5th en bas

BATTEMENTS FONDUS
3/4 (Andante) 5th position

1-3 Fondu devant, arm 5th en bas
4-6 Relevé
7-9 Fondu, arm to 5th en avant
10-12 Relevé and extend leg devant
1-12 Repeat to second position, coupé dessous
1-3 Fondu devant with inside leg
4-6 Releve
7-9 Fondu
10-12 Extend devant
1-3 Hold
4-6 Releve 5th
7-9 Detourné away from the barre to face other side
10-12 Lower and hold
Repeat the sequence derrière then detourné towards the barre to finish.
