Isn't that South Beach area fabulous. We were there a few years ago. When I went to Miami area (Homestead AFB) on Gov't business in the 70's that was one of the most dismal and decrepit places in the Metro area. It was the area where allegedly some of the poorer retirees in Florida lived and supposedly ate dog food to save money.
