try this stretch. Sit in the splits on the floor and bend your back knee so that your foot comes up. Arch back and grab your foot, then gently straighten the back knee as far as you can. It will pull your body backwards stretching your back. Also try having your coach push your leg up gently while you are standing in your scorpian. Stand against a wall for balance. your scorpain looks good now, but i hope this helps you perfect it.

What is your dance style? The costume looks cheer/hip hop/disco with a remotely ballet influence.

I think that your scorpion looks awesome. The only thing that I can even possibly see is that your foot should be straight instead of letting your hand pull it sideways. Its awesome.
