I think this is the last song I'm going to need to complete my recital! I need a fishing song or something to do with fish. It has to be a tap number for 3 years old. I don't want to use "Too Many Fish In The Sea." Any other ideas?

"Fishing Blues" is great. It's on a Sharon, Lois & Bram CD - I'm not sure which one. They were very popular when my kids were little (80's) and are a little obscure now, but I use their music all the time for my baby classes. I have used Fishing Blues quite a few times through the years and we always have fun with it. I make fishing poles with lengths of doweling and heavy yarn or twine and attach a fish cut out of foam. The song has fun lyrics, a good beat, and is about 2 minutes long.

Our Recital is June 13. Only have 15 songs in recital. We just starting out as a studio. Now if only all my costume book would come in we would be good to go haha.

That song is also on a Finding Nemo CD, you can find it on itunes. There are some other "fishing" songs on it too.
