I have some great photos I would love to post but when I was about to it registered in my head that I only have permission from parents to use photos in ads and this really isn't an ad.
Did you guys get permission to use photos where ever? How is that worded if you did? I have some class photos on my Facebook which isn't really an ad either and I am thinking I should probably take them down.... (can you tell I am paranoid? LOL)
It also occurred to me that I don't think this board is one of the private ones, but then again I am signed in right now so I am not sure....

I would word it to include Internet teacher sites, or internet as a form of publicity. I agree with you, now we are paranoid because of the times we live in. One way to stay safer is to include in the permission that you will not attach names to the pictures. I would add, have the parents notarize the signatures. I know, that's even more paranoid but there are less loop holes that way... Hope this helps... |
