Thoughts on the Stetch Gym thing? en>fr fr>en

I saw in an ad on the ddn homepage. My first thought was, ooh, it's like a jungle gym! And immediately my inner five year old wanted that thing. Has anyone else seen it? I think I want one. Might let my students use it too. ;)

Most suggested stretches can be done in easier alternative ways. Maybe a handful of stretches is easier with this gym thing. So, it would be a balance between the costs and the real use.

I agree with Lidwina, having looked at the stretches I don't think it's worth the money or the floor space !

I just looked at the same ad last night! Personally you can do these stretches without the gym. You can use gymnastic mats, and your ballet barres and save yourself a lot of money.
