do you ever have problems with garage band allowing you to use some songs? sometimes it tells me that I am not authorized to edit the song??? mostly this is on not as popular songs that I have purchased from I tunes. just wondering if you've had the same problem and what you did about it. |

^^^ sometimes songs purchased from itunes can not be edited. I have found if you burn the song to a CD and then open import it from the cd and not itunes it will bypass that and you can go on and edit it |

I use Adobe Audition. I've used Sony Soundforge, Acid Pro and Audacity in the past. They're all good. |

I use Mix Craft. It's not a fancy one but it gets what I need done. I don't think you can use Itunes songs on there. |

I use Soundforge, Sony ACID, and Audition/CEP depending on what I need to do for my customers. Audacity is not all that great, thats why its free, I really notice that the on screen wave image does not keep in sync with the audio when playing; making it harder to insert cue points. |

I have audacity, but my kids enjoy doing the complicated stuff for me, I just do the cutting and fading bits myself. |
