Hi, i was wondering if there was a name for the position at the right? I was also wondering how I can improve it with stretches to get more height?

Most people call it a backcatch.

The movement is called a backcatch. The position is called a scorpion.

i think it's called a fishcatch in RG? but in most dance forms its a backcatch (:

In RG it is classed as a Ring Catch under FIG.

All the other comments are for cheer/dance.
