Hi, i was wondering if there was a name for the position at the right? I was also wondering how I can improve it with stretches to get more height?

i think it's called a fishcatch in RG? but in most dance forms its a backcatch (: |

In RG it is classed as a Ring Catch under FIG.
All the other comments are for cheer/dance. |
