Hi everyone. How are you today? Does anyone know where you could find Pilates exercises listed by their anatomical focus? Like, maybe something similar to how it's done here: www.yogajournal.com . . . for yoga poses? Or where you could find a list of the exercises that are for the back? Thank you. Wishing you the best day

If you are sticking to the traditional mat exercises then pretty much anything you do will focus on the abs, back. Some exercises add in elements for the glutes, hamstrings and inner/outer thighs.

The focus of pilates is strengthening the powerhouse which is your shoulders to your pelvis.

I'm not aware of any resource like what you're looking for. I think something like that would be hard to put together for Pilates, because many of the excersizes of a normal pilates class don't have official names, or are done a little differently depending on the instructor, or are actually Yoga moves that have been incorporated into Pilates, or something like that.
