I recently went to a convention and took a clogging class. I absolutely loved it! i have been tapping for a long time but until now i have never learned clogging. I am looking for a pair of clogging shoes. does anyone know where i can find a pair of cheap cloging shoes with buck taps installed? 2 Replies to cheap clogging shoes? |

The beginners in our area often just have clog taps put on tennis shoes (sneakers). It'll get you started with a minimal expense. The Steven's Stompers buck taps are about $20, alone. Any shoe or boot repair shop can put them on for you.
For occasional, recreational clogging, it serves the purpose. If you decide you really like clogging and want to keep going, you can invest in real clog shoes, later on.
