I need help finding a song for this costume. I have a group of 5 and 6 year olds and they need a tap and jazz routine. For the fringe, I was thinking 'Peppermint Twist'. What do you see for the tutu?

Thanks!

Great ideas so far! I really like the song Itty Bitty Pretty One.

I could do either tap or jazz for peppermint twist, so the tutu could be either tap or jazz.

Last year, I used a similar costume for the same age group.

For tap we did Disney Mambo Number Five and I found someone on
e-Bay to custom make a pair of matching hairbow pieces that looked like Minnie Mouse ears. It was a hit.

We used that costume last year. For the Ballet we did An Apple for the Teacher and for Tap we did The Numbers Rhumba.

Great ideas - I have a lot of songs to listen to now... lol

The costume is from Curtain Call - its one of their "2-in-1" costumes.

"Put A Little Love In Your Heart." Joanie Bartels has a great version.
