Is anyone else having problems with logging into Costume Gallery's web site ? I've done all of the changes they asked for and now it's not recognizing my new user name or password :/

Weissman's is being finicky too, lots of times it's not loading pages and coming up with a 'phone us instead' message.

As for Leo's, don't even go there, never got my catalog and when I asked them about it I had a string of the most surreal emails from them culminating in them telling me to go to their UK office....?? I live in Canada, what are they on ?

Any one else got any interesting stories yet?

No problems on this end.

Costume Galleries web site is now saying that it has a log in problem and it'll be sorted out shortly, so it's not just my dyslexia again, this no letters to see on a password really throws me sometimes so I thought it might have been me on that one!

I had some login problems with Costume Gallery day before yesterday and when I tried it later in the day it worked. The good news is that when I arrived home this afternoon the box with ALL the costumes I had ordered from them was sitting at my front door - WOW! Not due to ship until 12/18 and they are here already - YIPPEE!

I also had website issues with Weissmans last night but was able to get my orders in.

I've also managed to sort out the problems with Leo's, a very nice lady phoned me up and apologized profusely for the mix up and the length of time it's taken to sort it out. Shame I had to make my costume choices by Sunday just passed and I know they had stuff our Hip Hop teacher would have used. Never mind there's always next year

I have had the same Weissman's issues lately. I'm just starting out on my own, so I haven't logged into anyone else, and I've only looked at Curtain Call and Revolution for my SOs.
