Wow, it's amazing how flexible they all are!

I'm not sure anyone has ever said RG is easy. It's blatantly obvious how much work has to go into it.

I have found a love of watching rhythmic gymnasts on youtube, though. Some things make me cringe but it's all so beautiful. (The cringe worthy stuff is from body knowledge, and thinking about what their hips look like while they're doing some of that stuff.

You know what's stupid? When people think sports like gymnastics, dance, skating, etc. are all easy because they're the pretty sports! Do you know what I mean? Like, we are graceful and beautiful and we're supposed to make our performances look effortless but that doesn't mean they are!!
