Hi everyone,
Just wondering if you can tell me where you hold your concerts.
I have a booking for 2010 at the Alexander Theatre Monash uni but am unhappy with the dates offered so would like to know what other venues are available.
I have looked at a few so far but am sure there are others that i have overlooked.
Would need-
300+ seats
possibly 1-2 shows
in or around SE Suburbs
Good Lighting & Stage tech available
dressing room space
rough idea of cost
Thanks in advanced

The Besen Centre in Burwood, seats i think 1000, lots of backstage space, no idea about the tech crew..quite expensive i think?

Karralyka Theatre, Ringwood.. seats 430, quite good backstage space for a medium size school (250 students ish) ..tech crew alrite ..fairly priced

thats probably the 2 best ones in the area i guess
theres supposed to be a new theatre in eltham but thats not really SE suburbs anymore i guess..

goodluck with it

The Mahon Theatre (at Aquinas College) seats 300 and the George Wood (at Yarra Valley College)seats 895 - both are in Ringwood. The Drum Theatre in Dandenong seats 500.
