I am in need of a song for my 17 year old soloist for jazz. I want it to be themed around the idea of a hero or a villian. Please help! I've been searching for days and her class is tonight!

I'm sorry I'm not much help. I teach mainly ballet so am not as up on the latest music as some others are.

If you're open to the idea of a specific hero or villain - the Spiderman theme by Michael Buble would make a really fun jazz.

You could check out the Batman soundtrack by Prince from the early 90's - I loved that album. Or maybe theme music from a classic movie with a great hero or villain...
