OK so this has nothing to do with class but I am in need for some type of workout video to do at home. I only teach one day a week this year and I'm finding it hard to keep up with the kids. I want something that's fun and I won;t get bored of after doing it twice.

I really liked the first Dancing with the Stars work out dvd. I didn't care for the Paso Doble very much, but the others were fun. The jive really gets you going. Of course, I do ballroom (in addition to other styles) so I already knew the steps presented. I can't get motivated unless I'm in a class or have a video going.

NYCB workout - but it's more for toning and stretching

If you want a cardio boost try something like Turbokick or a dance aerobics type format.

Sometimes, I have the most fun with the corny workout videos- it sounds rediculous but it makes it fun. Alyssa Milano has an old 80's or 90's one. There is also a rockettes video. Also sytycd has a cardio one

I use carmen electra strip to fit. I find the dance focus keeps me from getting too bored yet it's all easy enough to follow from a video.

I do the Biggest Loser work out with Bob....I don't like any other work out....its on demand for free.

There are a ton of work out on demands for free - I've tried just about all of them. There's one called Skinny Bitches...its good to if you mute them - they are annoying...LOL

i love tae bo!

You should sign up with netflix....I tried a bunch of different videos there and of course, didn't have to buy them or get stuck with them if I got bored. I'd keep one (or two) for a few weeks then switch it out.

The Firm is good. There are several of them.

My daughter likes the Tai Kwon Do workouts and I have heard people who like the ones that are the ballroom based ones, probably Dancing With the Stars.
