It's one of those flash-dance things, where people dance randomly/planned in a public place. This one happens to be 100 ladies performing the Single Ladies dance featured in Beyonce's video.
It's pretty awesome and their timing is also pretty exact..which is great, considering the massive amount of people performing it.

I also wasn't sure where to put this..because it's video..I don't know about the "humor" part though..
