My star is blue! My moon is blue! What gives?

I noticed that and wondered what it was! I haven't decided if I like it or not yet...

I just checked - go to top members - everyone over 10,000 is blue.

Edit - and everyone over 1000 karma has a blue moon.

Linh wanted some new icons for people to aim for. If you don't like them, go find the thread on the contests board for coming up with some better icons.

I love them! Now I need to make lots more posts so I can have a blue star!

We just had a blue moon a few days ago (two full moons in the same month). That's pretty much the inspiration - the star came along for the ride.

I don't think I have any particular objections, I was just curious, haha.

I really like the blue star, but the blue moon will take some more getting used to (cute idea though).

I wouldn´t have noticed without that thread.

I never liked the big star and never liked the spinning moon (prefer 3-4 little cute stars and half moon), so in blue it´s the same, also don´t like it much but also don´t care much.

But I think it´s interesting, I remember TONS of threads a long time ago asking for that and now that I haven´t seen any of them for a long time we get it. (lesson learned: if you want something, ask for it, wait a looooong time without asking and then you will get it when you allready forgot about it. )

I like it. I was getting a little bored with my yellow star. I don't suppose we can change the color to be seasonally appropriate?
