The choreographers will play a vital role in this organization.

Choreographers must have managerial know how. They also have to be able to take creative direction as while as provide creative direction.

They will oversee their dance classes with at least 10 members.

They will be responsible for constructing routines with their own music influence and the organizations music influence.

Choreographers will have to be creative and have excellent time management skills.

Choreographers will have to be able to work under very strict direction or alone with their own creative thoughts.

Choreographers must be unique and talented. They need to be skilled and able to work with skilled and not so skilled dancers. Thus, choreographers need to be versatile.

Choreographers will have a vital say so in the Creative construction of costumes and props that relate to the dance in which they teach.

They will also be encouraged to participant in community service projects.

Choreographers are needed for a year project(August 2010 - August 2011), and further employment will be considered after the completion for their first project.

Choreographers will have at least 3 projects for the year of the program, and is under strict deadlines to have routines created and ready to be taught before they enter into the studio.

Choreographers will have to be willing to donate at least 5 hours a week to D.A.N.C.E!

Choreographers will receive letter of recommendations, full credit, company logo trinkets, and free advertisement at all events for their time and efforts.

I would say I am fairly new to the choreography scene. I have only been teaching and choreographing productionable dances for anout 5-6 years now. I would love a chance to take this position and run with all the ideas I have for dance pieces. Right now I am in transition to a university from community college, in order to be a dance choreographer but my main objective is to become a dance psychologist. I have been dancing tap, jazz, and ballet since age 5 and have been in and choreogrpahed numerous dance productions.
