I am an Irish dancer and I also practice Wushu. Lately I've been having issues balancing the activities. I have 1 dance class per week (Monday 7:30-8:30), and 3 Wushu classes (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) and I do open practice on Wednesday. For a grand total of about 12 hours a week. Lately I've been having a hard time keeping up with dancing. I also work out (cardio, strength and swimming) at least 3 times a week because strength is fundamental for Wushu. I guess this is just asking how everyone else keeps up with everything. |
