Hey there, I recently bought the Mind and Body Conditioning (1) dvd, and have to say that I love it! It's great being able to watch the other students, and the goal setting workshop is great. i would definitely recommend it! |

I have Mind and Body 1 and am in Mind and Body 2.0 being release at the end of May. I am so excited! It's such a great learning tool. |
