I e-mailed her to inform her about stuff going on in here and in the attitude dorm, and this is the reply she sent me(I cut out all of the stuff in the beginning about the dorm b/c 1~it's irrelevant, and 2~she said she would deal w/ it herself):

...but abosolutly under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will anyone be taking over the vis dance team because thats my thing, im the director of it and main choreographer, maybe i may appoint another choreographer or something...but i should be on after this weekend because both summer school and my dance season ends, until then i wouldnt mind if YOU(me) would like to keep order in the dance team, maybe post about my looking for some co-choreographers.

FINNALLY someone put a stop to the stuff that has been happening! lol It would not have an ounce of fairness if someone would have taken over. whew lol.

I'm glad she'll be returning, but she's hardly ever here! I hate to sound mean or rude or anything, but every time she's in charge of something, it'll go smooth for a month, then she'll just disappear! She's a great director and a great choreographer, but I really, really wish she'd be more considerate of the people she's leading. Perhaps assign an Assistant Director or something like that. Thats just my opinion, because I really like dance team and I really would like to do it!

I get what you're saying, but this is the only time she left, it was just a long time period! She assigned me to not be her assistant director but to watch things until she returns next week(and I think if she ever goes on vacation or something) so hopefully that'll help! I think it'll all work out!

I sort of agree w/ Zellena. I think we should assign an Assitant Director in case she leaves again.

Yes, for those of you who didn't read the message~ Emily is planning to assign a few assistant choreographers, and she's gonna assign someone to be in charge while she's away(if she leaves ever again)! I don't know if it'll always be me as I'm just in charge now until she returns! But either way, IT'S HER CHOICE! I don't think you guys understand that what you're trying to do to emily(replace her) is really mean! We're not going to be assigning anyone, if anyone is going to be in charge while she's away(if she goes away again, like on vacation) then she's going to be the one who picks the person! Not us.

I didn't mean to upset you Heather Sorry. And, I mean no disrespect to Emily. I'm not saying that we should overthrow her and choose a new leader. I'm not saying that at all. I'm just saying that things would go a lot smoother if there were a back up person. And next time she leaves, all I suggest is that she posts that she will be leaving for a period. Just so we don't have all these emotions of abandonment. Anyways, sorry again. I'll just hush now, because my mouth is always getting me into trouble
