1. Plies
Stand in first position, hands rested lightly on the barre. You should be turned in so you are facing the barre.
Demi Plie down (1, 2)
Raise to straightened (3, 4)
Demi Plie down (5, 6)
Raise to straightened (7, 8)
Grande Plie down (1, 2, 3, 4)
Hold (5, 6, 7, 8)
Raise to straightened (1, 2, 3, 4)
Demi Plie down (5, 6)
Raise to straightened (7, 8)
Repeat in second, fourth right, fourth left, fifth right and fifth left positions.
2. Eleve
Stand in first position, hands rested lightly on the barre. You should be turned in so you are facing the barre.
Eleve up (1, 2)
Hold (3, 4, 5, 6)
Lower (7, 8)
Eleve up (1, 2)
Hold (3, 4, 5, 6)
Lower (7, 8)
Eleve up (1, 2)
Hold (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
Lower (7, 8)
Repeat in second, fourth right, fourth left, fifth right, and fifth left.
3. Tendu
Stand in right fifth, left hand resting lightly on the barre. You should be facing so your left side is on the side of the barre.
Tendu front with right foot (1, 2)
Pull back, close fronth (3, 4)
Tendu to the side with right foot (5, 6)
Pull back, close back (7, 8)
Tendu back with right foot (1, 2)
Pull back, close back (3, 4)
Tendu to the side with right foot (5, 6)
Pull back, close front (7, 8)
Turn and repeat on the other side.
