I am an American Irish dancer living and working in London. I'm in my mid-thirties and have been dancing a little over 10 years. I had a stress fracture that kept me away from dancing in the last year. Now that I'm healed I'm ready to get back into Irish.

Can anyone recommend an affordable location in central London where I can practice Irish soft and hard shoe? I really want to find a well sprung floor to protect my legs. Perhaps a dance studio that is not highly utilized? I am looking into the Irish Centre in Camden since I already attend Ceili classes there.
