Okay, lets get started
Barre
Plies
-My friend Ellie made these up

-Beside the barre
Begin in first, BOTH arms brasbas
Simple port de bras to second, on e hand onto barre, for 2 counts
Demi plie, arm to brasbas, for 2 counts
Demi plie, simple port de bras to second, for 2 counts
Grand plie, arm through brasbas, and first to second, for 6 counts
Tebdu to second and lower, for two counts
Repeat in second, fourth, and fifth.
On very last tendu in fifth, close in first and lower arms to brasbas
Turn and repeat on other side
Arabesques with Fondue and Rises
-To do this exercise well, you will need strong legs

-Fcaing the barre
Begin facing the barre, in fifth, right foot back
Tendu back, hands on barre, for 2 counts
Lift leg to arabesque, for 2 counts
Leaving the leg up, fondue the supporting leg, for 1 count
Stretch the supporting leg, for 1 count
Rise onto demi-pointe, on the supporting leg, for 1 count
Lower the supporting leg, for 1 count
Lower the raised leg to tendu, for 1 count
Close the leg back into fifth, for 1 count
Tendu the leg out to second, for 1 count
Close the leg in front, for 1 count
Wait 4 counts, then repeat with other leg
Developpes and Grand Battements
-Beside the barre
Begin in fifth, right leg front, arms brasbas
Lift front leg to passe, arm to first, for 2 counts
Extend leg forwards, arm to second, for 2 counts
Lower leg and arm (to brasbas), for 4 counts
Repeat to side (closing back), back, and side (closing front)
Demi plie, for 4 counts
Basic port de bras the arm to second, for 4 counts
Grand battement front, for 2 counts
Grand battement front, for 2 counts
Grand battement front, for 2 counts
Demi plie, for 2 counts
Repeat the grand battements, including the demi plie, to the side, back, and side again
On the last demi plie, lower the arm to bras bas
Turn and repeat on other side
Have a Quick Stretch
Centre
Chasses
Begin in fifth, arms brasbas, right foot front
Chasse forward and close, arms to first, for 2 counts
Chasse sideways (right) and close, arms open to second, for 2 counts (right foot still front)
Chasse back and close, arms close to first, for 2 counts
Chasse sideways (left - back foot leading), and close, arms open to second, then lower to brasbas when the feet close, for 2 counts
Experts: Reverse the exercise (chasse back, then left etc.)
Basic Port de Bras
-Use your head, e.g looking at top arm in fourth
Begin fifth, right foot front, arms brasbas
Breathe the arms, for 4 counts
Raise arms to first, for 2 counts
Open arms to fourth, left arm top, for 2 counts
Change the fourth so that the right arm is top, for 2 counts
Change the fourth so that the left arm is top, for 2 counts
Take the right arm to brasbas, left staying up, for 2 counts
Tae the left arm down to first, right arm up to first, for 2 counts
Open arms to fourth, left arm top, for 2 counts
Open left arm to second, for 1 count
Lower arms to brasbas, for 1 count
Experts: Repeat on other side (Right arm to fourth first, then swap etc.)
Echappe Saute and Changements
-This needs to be counted fairly quickly to make it possible to jump for two counts
-Sautes need to be high to fill up the counts, so use your plie
Begin in fifth, right foot front, arms brasbas
Saute, arms to first, for 2 counts
Echappe saute to second, arms to second, for 2 counts
Saute back to fifth, left foot front, arms to brasbas, for 2 counts
Changement, arms where they are, for 1 counts
Changement, arms where they are, for 1 counts
Saute, arms to first, for 2 counts
Echappe saute to second, arms to second, for 2 counts
Saute back to fifth, right foot front, arms to brasbas, for 2 counts
Changement, arms where they are, for 1 counts
Changement, arms where they are, for 1 counts
Repeat exercise 3 times (for a total of four times)
