Really sorry for lack of classes, been so busy!
Anyway, on with the class.
Same warm-up as last time please, if you can't remember it, here's last class

Strengthening for this week
Exercise 1
Write the alphabet with your feet. Once with your left, once with your right. Then write your name, first name with left, second name with right, swap.
Exercise 2
Ankle circles, 20 inwards, 20 outwards, swap feet. Repeat.
Exercise 3
Grab a theraband (if you have one, if you don't, don't worry, you just want get the same resistance) wrap it around one foot, and hold on to the ends, pull quite tight, very, very slowly, point your foot to full pointe, then flex it until your heel pops of the floor, do this about 10 times and then swap feet.
Exercise 4
Same as exercise 3, but lie on your back with the foot you are using at a 90 degree angle and the other leg flat on the floor.
Exercise 5
Stand on the edge of a step, with only the ball of your foot on the step. Do about 20 or so very slow rises.
(feel free to repeat any exercises from last week, and change the amount of repetitions according to your current strength)
