Just wondering does it look like im curling my toes at all in the pointed picture because i always get criticised over that

No, you are not curling your toes in the first picture, which is correct. just make sure you point all the way through the top of your foot and instep without curling your toes under. If you have a problem with curling your toes, practice what is right and wrong, so you know the feeling since it is very different. then you will be able to feel if you are correctly or incorrectly pointing.
