I'm pretty sure I'm not in the opening number, because Peggy doesn't come in until the end, but I'll practice anyway, just in case... Plus, we might use some of the same steps later in the dance right?

Yupp Kelly you don't come in until after this number, but I'm sure it's ok if you practice as we do use a lot of the same steps(the common ones) in other dances!

Of course, if there’s any objection, I won’t insist. We’ll just peddle our Kiddie Kars, and you go peddle your fish.

Dorothy
(Angrily)
If you’re asking me to “audition,” Mr. Marsh, I’m afraid the answer is no!
(She starts to exit)
