Well, last Thursday I got back from spending 8 days in Manhattan.
If you read any of my other threads you'd know it was a class for school. I've posted an synopsis of the first four days in my diary...I'll get around to the other 4 soon.
This is the only pic I got of myself:
Random things:
Museum of Natural History
Yankee Stadium old and new
Brooklyn bridge
NYSE
Theatre
I have more but I'm bad at taking pictures :/ 11 Replies to New York City |

That's awesome. Be sure to eat at Carmines at least once (and with a big group, family style food). |

WHOA!
I totally just went with my grade to NYC like two weeks ago, and we visited all the places you have pictures of! That's actually why I opened this thread, because I have like an identical shot of Lady Liberty and I was like omg! Super cooool
Where else did you guys go? What was your favorite place to visit? |

Did you get the shot from a cruise boat?
I honestly loved riding the subways. But seeing ABT do LaBaydere was amazing (plus I got amazing orchestra seats for $25.00, yay for student rush tickets!). |

Yep, I got the picture from a boat! haha.
And I'm insanely jealous you got to see ABT. I don't think 150 teenagers my age from my school would enjoy watching ballet, so that's sooo unfair.
And I'm not sure if you know the movie Night At the Museum, but if you do: when you went to the Museum of Natural History, did you see DumDum? That was totally like the highlight of my trip.. |

Aw, well the thing with taking college students vs high school students is college students are adults, we can go out on our own. Only two of us went to the ballet. We only saw Billy Eliot and Addams Family as a group (16 students and 2 teachers).
YES! I took a picture of it too. I pointed it out to my friend but she didn't get it |

That's so cool. I really wanted to see billy Elliot. We ended up seeing Mamma Mia, which was not fun because I was the only person out of the group(other than the teachers) that knew like all of the ABBA songs...hahah |

Shame on them for not knowing ABBA. Well, I saw Chicago with my friend and she was singing the entire time. |
