Hey everyone! I don't want to waste a lot of time choosing colors, a mascot, and a logo! So I've already picked colors:

Red and Black!

If you really don't like these colors let me know, but if enough people like these colors then we will use them!

Mascot Competition!

We need to choose a mascot, so here are the rules for submitting a mascot for the competition:

-you must be on the dance team
-you can only submit 1 mascot b/c we can only have 10 in a poll
-the mascot must be about jazz as that's what our focus is mostly(not ballet, tap, lyrical, etc...). We do the other kinds of dance but we do mostly jazz!
-this will be open for 1 week and then we'll vote!

I am trying to post a mascot but it wont do it so can someone tell me how to get it on here or I can just post the shortcut address so someone can put it on here for me.

Here's how you do it:

-find the pic on the website or wherever you want, right click on it and click on properties
-when you click on properties a window will pop up
-go to where it says Address(URL) and copy the URL that's there
-then put it in this format

[image=the URL]

for example the collage I made for smileybattina would be:

[image= www.dance.net:443/dance.net/images/116/smileybattina.jpg ]

but remove the spaces between the = sign and the URL, and from between the URL and the last bracket. When you remove the spaces it looks like this:

I was thinking, instead of voting on a mascot and logo, why don't I take everyone's pics that they submit and make them into a collage, and turn it into our logo? I like that idea better I think! What do you think?

I think that is a great idea Heather! You're really good at making them all look good so I like that idea a lot!
