Need suggestions for a new Leaps & Turns class. Will be 1.5 hours long. I need suggestions on a few areas:

1- stretches or conditioning exercises that will differ from my regular jazz class

2- examples of turn drills?

3- names/examples of "new" jumps/leaps... a lot of my kids have been asking about "neil's jump" from sytycd

ANY advice you have would be helpful, i've never taught a class like this before and i'm worried it won't be successful
