If you are on a ship, doing shows, it sounds like a cruise ship with a lot of people. There must be a doctor on board.
Let him check if this is an inflammation or not.

If not, try to find someone to massage your hamstring. That could help. If it is a professional massager, he can feel the differences in your muscles and point out where the problem is. Maybe he can even massage the problem away.

Do NOT let someone massage you if you don't know if there is an inflammation or not. Massages + inflammations = bad combination.
Inflammations need cold instead of the warmth of rubbing.

Find a doctor. Even when you're on the ship for 3 months, it will regularly go to harbours (where doctors are for people working on ships).

Does your manager/handler/supervisor/whatever you call it know? If not, now would be a good time. Part of their job is (or ought to be) to look after your health and help you stay fit and able to dance.

A lot of cruise lines have spas on board these days, if your ship does, do you have access to the massage therapists? It might help, and even if they can't help themselves, they can give you a better idea of what might be going on and who you should see about it. I know they're overworked in those gigs, but it really wouldn't take long to do what you need them to do.
