My dance team has made up many sidelines to do at our highschool football games, but what are dance teams supposed to do when they are not doing sidelines? I know you can 'shimmer' your poms and do different poses for an 8 count, but that gets boring and kind of stupid after a while. What do other dance teams do? The team usually stands on the sidelines the whole time, but they don't really do anything while on the sidelines when not doing our 4-8 count dances. Any suggestions would be helpful...Thanks!

Before each game, we do a short dance, almost like a pre-show routine, but during the game, the cheerleaders are on the sidelines.
