what exactly is this, am i spelling it right

They are very hard to do correctly. I think the correct spelling is Penchee! A penchee is doing an abrabasque to the back and then lean forward( Your supporting leg is straight and NOT bent and your back is straight (flat).

The verb infinitive is pencher: to tilt, slope, bend, lean, incline (figuratively and literall. "Penchee" (with an accent on the second-to-last e) is a conjugated form of "pencher", just as "tilted" is a conjugated form of "to tilt."
