Hi everyone! Looking for some suggestions on great stretches to strengthen my acro class. I took acrobatics myself at an older age and know of some grea partnering stretches and strengthening exercises but unable to trust my class to partner, I am in need of stretches and stengthening exercises that each student can do by themselves. Here are some strengthening exercises that your group can work on
Inside outs (bridge to tippi)
Bridge to hand stand (they bridge up agains a wall and kick over to a handstand) you can spot at the beginning.
Cartwheels to handstand against a wall. They start on a side lunge and stop in the middle to a handstand
Presses against a wall
Straddle lifts (From a straddle they have to place one hand in front the other behind and they lift one leg then the over and eventually both so they go up and down
Dunkey kicks are always good
