Is there a specific name for choreographed pieces that are written online and dancers can dance to?
And if there is, are there any websites/books that provide it?

If you're talking about documented choreography and titles, unfortunately no it's mostly passed down by memory and tradition although there are the original documents of Petipa in Russia among many many others.
