hey yall! So I recently got back into dance YIPEE! and I'm trying so hard to get my leg stretching back to where it was 3 years ago-its so tough!! My muscles get all tight and it really hurts especially under my knees. I warmup and do light stretching before and after but I guess I'm just feeling frusterated and impatient. I'm not really naturally flexivle anyway, but I do the best I can. I'm 24 and married and want to get some good dancing in before baby time! lol Anyone else have this problem? |
