Reading Material, Beginning Information? en>fr fr>en

I'm looking into learning more about gymnastics, and I am asking around to local gyms for adult classes or if I can observe younger classes. However, I want to read and understand more ASAP.

So can anyone suggest books, articles, websites, or other points of reference that I could look at.

The first thing I want to understand is vocabulary and terminology, so that I can get into more theoretical information and not be lost.

www.drillsandskills.com

this website is really good about different gymnastics skills with videos etc. If you want to know more about elite gymnastics International Gymnast magazine has a popular message board. My favorite gymnastics blog is thecouchgymnast.com

I hope this helps to get you started. I havent' done gymnastics in a long time but I am still a big fan of the sport and would one day like to take adult classes if I can find the time.
