Does one girl being completely off or totally confused ruin the entire group's score?

Um...YEAH.

You can't hide one person that doesn't know what's happening. It doesn't matter what they're doing. And yes, it's going to mess your score up.

Yes, absolutely. The entire dance, including all of the dancers, is being presented to be judged. If the dancer is on stage, she/he is being judged. I'm guessing this is the same student you made a post about...one who can't remember choreo on stage?

Yeah, same student. Luckily the group is very good to her even if they do have a bumpy score.
