I have been on a quest to design a mermaid tail like Hannah Fraser's for the past few months. I have had lots of luck so far with my neoprene, but I was wondering a lot about how I would go about painting it as well as adding the side fins she has on it...any ideas? I was thinking of doing a shiny palate of blues and teals considering I have a sky blue toned nylon over the neoprene, but I don't know if regular fabric paint will work or not with the water and the chipping and all those lovely problems -__- If you have any ideas as to what I can do please help me out. I can help anybody out as well with any questions about how to make a mermaid tail as well as I have loads of experience with my other tails I have created
