Hi
I am new at making dance costumes despite being an experienced
dress maker and am struggling to find the feathers that look very fine and bushy on some of the costumes. Those who seem to resemble feather boas, but with finer and thinner feathers. Anyone know what I am trying to ask? Any tips on what that particular feather is called and where to get them would be highly appreciated.
