Thank you! Yes it's a Paul Keith And the polka dots are sparkly silver bits so they just look like glittery bits while I'm on stage There's one exactly the same but in purple instead of black, and I'm always on the lookout for it at competitions!

oooohh pretty! This is very similar to my solo...only the top is green velvet and the bottom is cream ruffles w/ gold trim...best of luck to you in your new solo!
