I drew this last week, hope you like it. Most of my drawings are of fashion designs, but this is my first attempt at drawing a portrait, so constructive criticism is welcome! The woman in the drawing is an actress named Stana Katic, and I drew this after seeing her picture in a magazine last week

(BTW Stana Katic plays Det. Kate Beckett on the tv show Castle, which is the BEST SHOW EVER )

If anyone has some constructive criticism, or comments in general, please post! (just a note, I havn't taken an art class since 4th grade, but I have read a few drawing books)

Oh, and by construtive criticism, I don't mean just showing me a really really good drawing made by an art student, and saying "do it like this!",cause someone did that once, and that really did nothing but make me feel bad about my drawing skills. I want to IMPROVE my technique, not just feel bad about my skills (or lack thereof)
