Well as always I recomend a theraband. Start with the weaker strength and go up. Relevees (sp?) are great as well. do some in first,second and fifth then standing on each leg. Also pick things up (such as the theraband) with your toes only.
These are my favorite but before you try any of these talk with your teacher and see what he/she recomends. They can see your foot so they can help you with the exact problem. |
