Hi, my step daughter has a competition in august & i am making her slow costume, I am having trouble finding the materials to make her a head piece, any ideas would be great, in neon pink/nlack/silver.

Random: I'm not sure what you need/want for a head piece, but have you looked at any DIY wedding ones? You might be able to find something you can use and just modify the colors.
