Emilie started really trying to do this today as she usually gives up because she gets frustrated lol... If anyone can give any advice it will be much appreciated! I no its mainly practice but she also doesnt have her splits yet which would probably help!

Maybe try laying in splits and putting her head back thats what helped me or if shes not down in splits lean against the wall and kick legg up
